- The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Custom Orders” are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
