1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Custom Orders” are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at rtpottery@hotmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the item.
  2. Approval Confirmation: Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product, including the return address.

3. Refund Process

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items of equal or lesser value. To request an exchange, follow the same steps outlined under “Initiating a Return.”
  • Exchange requests must also be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  2. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
